Saving a Module Assessment and Receiving a Maturity Rating

The assessment page allows you to discover your current capability (maturity rating) for each of the club development modules in Game Plan. 

There is no expectation you complete all the modules at once.

It is recommended that you complete the four foundation modules first to understand your club's baseline capability. All other modules are determined by your priorities and can be completed in any order. 

It is also recommended that club members complete the assessment/s relevant to their role in the club e.g. the Treasurer complete the Finance module. 

To save your survey results and receive a maturity rating you

1. Choose a module from Assessment Page

2. Click Take/ Retake Assessment of the Module you wish to complete 

3. Answer all questions in the Assessment and click Submit 

IMPOTANT: You must Submit the Assessment to receive a Maturity Rating for a Module
