Welcome to Game Plan!
Game Plan is hosting the assessment module for the Play Well Investment program. All organisations are setup in Game Plan with an account, making access simple and the process streamlined. Follow the below instructions on how to navigate Game Plan to complete your module.
Step 1: Login to Game Plan https://gameplanpeak.ausport.gov.au
our organisation account is already in the system, and you should have been added as a Super User. If this is not the case, you should be invited to join the account by one of your organisation Super Users.
If this is your first login through Sport Connect, after clicking the ‘Sign in or Register an account’ button you will set up a Sport Connect account using the same email address that you received your invite. First time access allows you to select an authenticator, or Continue with Email.
Note: - If you have an error logging in through Sport Connect, click the Help button or contact participation@ausport.gov.au with screenshots for escalation.
- If you cannot see your organisation name at the top of the page and you see Liquid Error on the screen, you are not connected to your organisation. Contact gameplanhelp@ausport.gov.au for support.
Step 2: Continue to the Assessment page
Click on the Assessment header on the navigation ribbon as shown below, this will take you to the Assessment page where you will find available modules to complete. On the Assessment Page, you will see the Play Well Investment module at the top of the page under the Priority Modules banner.
Step 3: Complete your Play Well Investment module
Once commenced, your responses will save and you can re-enter Game Plan to complete the module progressively by clicking Continue on the widget next time you sign in. Multiple Game Plan users can update the module prior to submission if needed.
Note: - You can update your responses and edit prior to submission. If you cannot update a response please check your module ‘Status’ on the Assessment page widget shows ‘Commenced’ and contact gameplanhelp@ausport.gov.au
Step 4: Submit your module
When all required answers have responses, including document uploads, review your responses and click Submit.
Note: - Once submitted, your responses are locked in read only format and can only by unlocked by request, prior to the module closing date. If there are any errors in submission and you require your submission to be unlocked please contact participation@ausport.gov.au
